• Strong knowledge of inbound marketing
• Previous experience of Marketing Automation
• Blogpost management to promote lead nurturing
• Excellent capacity of creating content to attract qualified prospects and converting them into leads and customers
• Collaborate with team members to work on the design and copy/content part
• Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behaviour, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc.
• Run A/B tests for email campaigns and landing pages to optimise performance
• Track campaign performance and tweak workflows accordingly
• Ensure compliance while executing email marketing campaigns
• Build and grow your email list through organic efforts
• Ideate and execute various email marketing campaigns

• 2+ years of related work experience
• Experience of working on email marketing campaigns, lead generation and nurturing
• Excellent level of verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills
